Included:	Local tax, bedlinen (once a week), towels (twice a week), electricity, Internet WiFi, etc. "all inclusive" with exception of final cleaning
Cleaning:	An additional cleaning and change of bed linnen after 7 days is included in the price
Crib :	Available and for free
Pets:	only on agreement
Smoking:	Our apartments are NON SMOKING units
Other:	A personal Hvar guide is available and will be forwarded to you by email after a reservation. Breakfast (swedish buffet) for a special price of 10.- Euro in the nearby Hotel Park (****) possible.

Payment/cancellation:

• 1/3 of the total sum incl. final cleaning due at registration, balance should
  be paid 10 days before arrival date to our account or with Paypal or at arrival in cash.
• Cancellation without cost up to 60 days before arrival date, for a later
  cancellation the advanced payment will be retained.
• In case of departure earlier than agreed a payback can be negotiated.
• Payment from EU countries in € without additional cost to my
  account in Austria, from other countries with Paypal.
• Payments from Croatia in Kunas calculated at the medium actual exchange rate
  of NBH to my local kuna account.
